  They are excellent to work with: very proactive on marketing initiatives in both printed and online material to ensure our real estate was effectively advertised. Every step of the process was clearly laid out and they were transparent about their strategies to help us find the right buyer. The process to buy our house was more complicated, but The Axfords helped us navigate each challenge and make sure that we found our perfect house to raise our young family. Not only was our new house exactly what we were looking for, it fit nicely in our budget too. There was no upselling to something we couldn't afford, and they were also very knowledgeable about potential problems that might arise with certain types of houses that we reviewed. More importantly, we could trust them; they always made sure we had all of the information we needed to make an educated decision.
