    I agree, line up always and thorough but slow service.

    Ridiculous wait times. Only one teller sometimes. This branch needs to get it together. Will be switching banks soon.

    Jasmine and the rest of the tellers are always warm and welcoming. Very friendly atmosphere.

    This branch has the worst customer service. They do not return phone calls (including the manager). Do not complete requested changes on accounts. Filing a formal complaint against the branch.
