  They so rude every time when I wanted to book immunizations,They say"sure one moment pleae" and never come back .i had these experiences over 3 times .

  The nurses are great! They are wonderful with the babies and I've only had positive interactions. The front desk employees are some of the rudest people I have ever met. I recently called to book an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was very rude with me when I asked her to repeat the time so I could write it down. She was very impatient and wouldn't say her name when I confronted her about her rudeness. She mocked me saying "oh must be really hard" as I said I was looking for a pen. Such a shame they have horrible front desk staff!

  Changed the hours without notice, would've really appreciated any communication. Also the head measurement tape for babies was always a hassle to find.
